A third-generation builder with over 30 years of experience in residential and commercial construction, Sam specializes in custom building, remodeling, and innovative construction solutions. As a state-certified residential and commercial contractor, he ensures every project meets high standards for quality, safety, and craftsmanship.

Tara Thornburg — Operations & Business Leadership
Tara holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from St. Leo University and an MBA from Keiser University. With a strong background in leadership and operations, she drives company growth, project coordination, and client satisfaction. Her passion for helping people and commitment to professionalism ensures every client receives exceptional service from start to finish.

Gabriel Thornburg — Apprentice Contractor
A fourth-generation construction professional in training, Gabriel is currently pursuing a business degree while gaining hands-on experience in the family business. He plays an active role in maintaining E. P. I. C.’s reputation for excellence across both residential remodeling and commercial construction projects.
